1. Our Commitment

OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP ("OZAPATO," "we," "us," "our") is dedicated to providing high-quality products to our international clients ("client," "you," "your"). This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which warranty claims for manufacturing defects will be processed.

2. Scope of Warranty

This warranty applies exclusively to products purchased directly from OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP by international clients.

  • Covered: This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that become apparent under normal and intended use of the product.

  • Not Covered: This warranty does not cover:

    • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care.

    • Damage caused by use in unsuitable environments or for purposes other than the product's intended design.

    • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's functionality.

    • Damage incurred during shipping, transportation, or handling after the product has been made available at our premises on an Ex Works (EXW Incoterms® 2020) basis.

    • Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than OZAPATO authorized personnel.

    • Issues arising from non-compliance with product care instructions.

3. Warranty Period

The warranty period for manufacturing defects is two (2) months from the date the product is made available to you on an Ex Works (EXW Incoterms® 2020) basis. Any claim under this warranty must be submitted to OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP within this two-month period.

4. Warranty Claim Process

Should you believe your product has a manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

  • Notification: Submit your warranty claim within the warranty period through our official online portal: https://forms.zohopublic.com/virtualoffice9264/form/ReportedecalidadinternoVentaOZAPATO/formperma/ZxotRZ5mVoiqnwFXqhaVAkMt0T1KLA0F-UvBxk1uu4M. Alternatively, you may contact our Customer Service team at [Insert Customer Service Email Address] or [Insert Customer Service Phone Number, if applicable] for assistance or if you encounter issues with the portal.

  • Required Information: To process your claim, you must provide all information requested in the online portal, which includes (but may not be limited to):

    • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, invoice).

    • A detailed description of the alleged defect.

    • Clear photographic and/or video evidence illustrating the defect. OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP may request additional information or evidence as needed to evaluate the claim.

  • No Product Returns: Please note that OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP will not accept the physical return of any product for warranty evaluation or any other reason. Do not send products back to us. Products sent to OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP will not be processed for warranty and will not be returned to the client.

5. Evaluation and Resolution

  • Evaluation: Upon receipt of your complete claim information, the OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP team will evaluate the alleged defect to determine its eligibility under this warranty. We reserve the right to make the final determination on all warranty claims.

  • Valid Claim: If OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP determines that the defect is a valid manufacturing defect covered by this warranty, the warranty will be applied.

  • Credit Note Issuance: For all valid warranty claims, OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP will issue a credit note to the client.

    • The credit note will be for the amount equivalent to the Ex Works (EXW Incoterms® 2020) value of the defective product at the time of original purchase. This value corresponds to the net price of the product itself and expressly excludes any costs related to shipping, handling, insurance, duties, taxes, or other ancillary charges.

    • This credit note can be applied towards future purchases from OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP, subject to the terms and conditions specified on the credit note itself.

  • No Other Remedies: The issuance of a credit note as described above is the sole and exclusive remedy provided under this warranty. No repairs, replacements, or refunds will be offered.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP's liability under this warranty is limited to the issuance of a credit note as specified in Section 5. OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or other economic loss, arising out of or in connection with a defective product or this warranty, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Policy Modifications

OZAPATO GLOBAL CORP reserves the right to modify or update this International Client Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time your product was made available on an EXW basis will apply to your warranty claim.
